Restaura Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to join our growing clinical team. If you’re passionate about helping clients and families navigate mental health challenges and want to grow your career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
About the RoleAs our MFT, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to clients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical and biopsychosocial assessments
- Providing individual therapy to PHP and IOP clients
- Facilitating group therapy sessions
- Developing and maintaining treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary care team
