Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to deliver in-home and facility-based care for patients facing end-of-life journeys. You will provide direct personal care, assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and documentation, while supporting patients and families with emotional comfort.
Requirements include an active CNA license in the state, current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least six months of direct patient care
