Role Overview
The Level 1 Help Desk Technician provides technical support for First Horizon Bank employees who rely on technology to serve customers. The role involves troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues, networking, database, and server/client relationships. The technician will work in an office environment and may require occasional travel.
What You Will DoProvide technical support for technology issues, including personal computers, printers, and multi-functional devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues through various channels, including Remote Desktop Management systems and Active Directory.

- Minimum of 1 year in a similar job function
- Degree in IT related field or technical certifications (plus)
