What You'll Do:
Evaluate and underwrite new business and policy changes for Tennessee Personal Lines risks.
Review inspections, reports, and renewals to ensure accurate risk selection and policy classification.
Partner with agency partners to resolve underwriting, eligibility, and coverage questions.
Process policy changes, reinstatements, Consent to Rate requests, and premium-related issues.
Provide exceptional service while maintaining underwriting quality and compliance.
Support underwriting assistants and collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance underwriting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience evaluating personal lines risks, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Tennessee resident required.
Property & Casualty license and/or insurance designation preferred.
