About this Role

Re‑define the HVAC industry with Carrier! We are looking for experienced branch leaders to enhance customer service and growth in the Southern Markets. The role is responsible for leading a team of service technicians and managers in partnership with Sales and Operations to deliver world‑class customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage P&L and performance across the geographical footprint; proactively view the area monthly/annualy with a 3/5‑year plan.
  • Set growth strategy for the market—identify key customers and verticals and execute the strategy to expand the footprint.
  • Communicate vision and culture to a team of technicians, service managers and support personnel, fostering teamwork and evolution.
  • Implement a culture of safety – be accountable for safety procedures and conduct safety briefings.
  • Manage customer escalations and serve as the account manager or leader of multiple accounts and verticals within an area.
  • Drive performance management, technician development and corrective actions.
  • Manage and reduce attrition through community engagement and local union relations.
  • Coach and develop the team and participate in community activities to build the Carrier Brand.
  • Proactively communicate to leadership on the state of the business and implemented actions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and distribution partners and collaborate with sales leadership to drive growth.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in the HVAC service industry or High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of experience.
  • Valid and current Driver’s License and insurability by the company’s insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 6 years of commercial HVAC service leadership or equivalent field service leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to develop teams and drive accountability.
  • Technical aptitude with understanding of field diagnostics and service execution.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to manage financial performance and operational metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Salesforce, Service Max, ERP/SAP or similar platforms preferred.
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 and $ annually, depending on skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
