Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the art of baking? We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you won't just be “helping out” – you will be the hands‑on force behind our entire line of signature desserts. From frosting the perfect cupcake to scaling ingredients with scientific precision, your work ensures that every customer enjoys the gold standard of sweets.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Finishing Touch: Frost and decorate our standard cakes and cupcakes with consistency and flair.
  • Assembly & Prep: Scoop cookie dough, assemble pies, and prepare cheesecakes according to our established brand standards.
  • Precision Prep: Manage daily prep by ensuring all ingredients are weighed and measured with 100% accuracy.
  • Technical Operation: Safely and efficiently operate large‑scale bakery equipment, including commercial ovens and industrial mixers.
  • Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks while keeping the bakery clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a climate‑controlled environment with occasional tasks in a 0‑degree walk‑in (wear gear provided).
