** What You Will Do as a Distribution Supervisor:
*** Responsible for supervising assigned associates in the Distribution Center on the 1st shift to achieve maximum production, quality, and cost control.
* Duties include monitoring the flow of production, providing training and counseling, resolving issues, creating production reports, and tracking attendance.
* Responsible for ensuring safety standards, quality of work, and company policies are maintained, all while processing assigned orders within the shipping requirements.
* Support all internal and external customers by meeting all service requirements and expectations.
* Communicate with all levels of personnel and will be trained on several different tasks in the department to fill in where needed.
*
* HOURS:

** 1st shift: – 6:00 AM –2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Overtime required as needed.

** Skills for Success:
*** Communicate job expectations and coach/counsel direct reports.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Three years’ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
* Previous supervisor experience preferred.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word).
* Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
* High attention to detail and quality, and able to flourish in a fast- paced environment.
* Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime, and/or weekends if needed.
