The OpportunityThe Process Technician role is not a typical factory job. Each shift presents new challenges, requiring a blend of manual work and problem‑solving with a team. From day one you learn and master key skills to advance on a structured career path.
Responsibilities- Compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of actions and ensure safety for self, others and the environment.
- Maintain training on all SOPs, including Allergen Management, Kosher, Halal, Non‑GMO, and operational SOPs.
- Report incidents, defects, hazards, and procedural inadequacies for corrective action.
- Suggest improvements to systems and methods to enhance safety and effectiveness.
- Diagnose, operate, correct and manage complex processing systems (mechanical and chemical) using a real‑time ERP (OS PI).
- Provide effective hand‑over to the incoming team via verbal and written communication (logbook).
- Write permits, perform safety audits, monthly training topics, and daily safety messages.
- Produce quality products, record data in QA tests, and act on deviations.
- Check environmental compliance per permits.
- Maintain a clean work environment following GMP.
- Complete a progressive training program to demonstrate proficiency.
- Train other technicians.
- Perform basic maintenance duties and assist maintenance when directed.
- Monitor control centers, review information, make independent decisions, and operate equipment safely to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications- Associate’s degree or higher; minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
- Experience on rotating shifts.
- Basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem‑solving skills; assessed with a Work Keys test.
- Lift up to 55 pounds without mechanical assistance.
- Climb a vertical ladder up to 15 ft.
- Climb multiple flights of stairs several times per shift.
- Stand up to 1 hour without sitting.
- Bend and twist at waist and knees.
- Work a rotating shift schedule with flexibility for alternate schedules.
- Facility is 100 % tobacco‑free, including vapes and smokeless tobacco.
We operate 24/7/365 with rotating day and night shifts. Shifts are fixed, allowing clear scheduling a year in advance. Overtime opportunities exist.
