Fabrication team members are the ones who get it all started. Team members do hands on work with saws, fixtures, and high‑tech equipment to ensure each area of the shop has what they need.

• Learn to operate the CNC bender to prepare the tubes for welding
• Cope tubes using a fixture
• Pull bins and staging carts for the welding team
• Running a METLSAW and deliver stock to various machines
• Assist the welding department with various needs

• Second Mile The first mile is mandatory. The second mile is voluntary; we do it for our own growth.
