PECO Pallet Inc. is seeking a Depot Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:30PM-12:00AM), MON-FRI in Tennessee. The role leads depot operations with a focus on Lean practices, safety and achieving KPI targets to improve quality and productivity.
The ideal candidate will supervise team leaders and associates, manage daily production goals, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe work environment. Experience in manufacturing and Lean/5S is preferred.
