Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee seeks an Executive Club Director to launch and lead the Clarksville Unit. You will build local staff, establish partnerships with Kenwood Middle School, and ensure programs meet youth needs while meeting budget and compliance requirements.
You will report to the CEO, work primarily on-site, and guide operations, fundraising, and community engagement to create a sustainable Clarksville presence.
