• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Weekend-only schedule
• 12‑hour shifts for maximum flexibility
• Starting pay $30.00/hr
• Opportunity for additional shifts

• Meaningful resident relationships

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health and wellness
• Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Support caregivers and medication aides
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life

• Active Tennessee LPN license required
• Assisted Living, Long‑Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Ability to work weekend 12‑hour shifts
• Passion for serving seniors
