Starting Wages: $34.00-$46.63 per Hour
Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 for full‑time employment 3‑11 pm, 11‑7 am, and Weekend Warrior (limited time availability)

SummaryThe Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents and provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members.
Qualifications- Education: Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Licenses/Certification: Valid RN license in the state of employment;
Valid CPR certification. - Experience: One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Initiate and lead team conferences in the development of individualized nursing care plans.
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
- Accurately and promptly implement physician‑orders.
- Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and staff capabilities.
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
- Administer medications, start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents, and document those treatments as required by company and state, local, and federal rules and regulations.
- Participate in orientation and in‑service training for personnel.
- Assist physicians with special tests and procedures within the scope of state‑specified Nursing Practice Act.
- Ensure that supplies are utilized economically and that equipment is clean and maintained safely.
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions concerning residents.
- Coordinate nursing care of residents scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
- Interview applicants, recommend hires, and participate in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination of staff to the extent permitted by state practice act.
- Supervise the nursing unit, which includes scheduling and directing the nursing staff to the extent permitted by state practice act.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Skilled in directing and motivating the workforce.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families, and at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Associates or better in Nursing.
