Position:
Barista/Server

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, desserts and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• - Bake and Serve desserts for catering events and diner
• - Prepare and set-up coffee stations and lunch/box lunchesfor catering events.
• - Assist with serving diner breakfast and Lunchwhen needed.
• - Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• - Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and front-of- house.
• - Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
• - Follow health and safety regulations consistently.
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• - Promote and upsell products to enhance sales.

• - Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is a plus.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• - Passion for coffee and customer service.

• - Standing for long periods.
• - Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
