Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promote benefits;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order/invoice accuracy;
Provide member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues;
Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines to maintain facility safety and compliance;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to meet priorities and adapt to change.
