• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty.
• Must be licensed in Life & Health.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new relationships.
• Sales, marketing, insurance, or customer service experience preferred.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow.
