Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager
Overview
As the Client Executive you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by leading client accounts. You will lead branch initiatives and rely on your leadership skills to create effective client service teams. You will apply your business insight and strong dedication to service to deepen client relationships. We will look to you to develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within our branch and with our clients and vendor partners.
HowYou’ll Make an Impact
- Strategic relationship manager and client liaison; independently lead complex self‑funded accounts.
- Maintain direct account responsibility, recognize a client’s day‑to‑day needs, and provide solutions while managing their annual strategy.
- Share market expertise with clients and keep them well informed of compliance‑related issues.
- Cross‑solve with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher that may not currently be offered (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.).
- Champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables.
- Support the employee benefits client‑service cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process; success is measured by retention, with a renewal target of 95%.
- Guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources.
- Prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in internal and external partnerships, aligning with the account‑management team to comply with local and corporate standards.
- Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes.
- Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior, and uphold The Gallagher Way.
- Strong communication skills that allow you to build professional relationships with business partners; collaborative, deadline‑focused, and open to constructive feedback.

Required
:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience – or – High School diploma/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
Must hold an active Life & Health License and be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficient in Microsoft Office and using technology to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
