Position: Associate Territory Manager 2, Neurovascular - Memphis, TN / Little Rock, AR

Role Overview

Associate Territory Manager 2 (ATM2) – Medtronic Neurovascular. This field‑based position is split between Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR. The ATM2 will promote Medtronic's neurovascular products and services to physicians, surgeons, nurses and key opinion leaders, driving sales and supporting clinical care across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic neurovascular products and services within assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with sales representatives to increase sales in their accounts.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during cases and counsel clinicians on patient treatment options.
  • Promote education of the company's products and services to medical personnel.
  • Execute company sales strategy and manage the sales process for the defined area.
  • Communicate benefits of Medtronic products to physicians and interface with hospital personnel to promote and sell products.
  • Train medical personnel in the use of Medtronic products and respond to inquiries and complaints.
  • Identify target accounts, analyze and report on effectiveness of sales techniques, and project a professional company image.
  • Represent the company at medical symposia and other professional events.
  • Work on‑call nights and weekends approximately 30% of the time; travel to meet patients and participate in clinical activities as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education and Experience – Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; alternatively a High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Industry ExperienceProven track record in medical device sales, preferably in neurovascular or interventional stroke procedures; experience in hospital, OR, cath lab or interventional suite settings is preferred.
  • Licensed Driver – Must hold a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; expect to drive approximately 50% of the time within the territory, with occasional overnight travel.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional company image on all business interactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as required by the role.
  • For candidates holding a Baccalaureate degree earned outside the United States, a credential that satisfies 8C.F.R. §214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • Physical requirements include regular independent mobility, use of a computer, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position as described.
Additional Information

Travel outside of the primary territory assignments is expected, and the role may require time in varied clinical settings. The position will adhere to a standard physical job profile consistent with the responsibilities outlined.
