Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, founded in 1903, and operates as the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems.

As a Design Consultant, you will attend pre‑scheduled appointments at residential homes and conduct sales presentations. You will provide the information that enables homeowners to make a same‑day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a one‑call close sales role; no project management or follow‑up is required.

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)

• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high‑value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
