Cafeteria - Baker

Job Description

Hire Quest Direct is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in baking techniques, a creative flair for crafting delicious confections, and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for following recipes, experimenting with new flavors and designs, and ensuring that our baked goods meet the high standards of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to established recipes to produce high-quality baked goods.
• Develop and experiment with new recipes and flavor combinations, bringing innovative ideas to our product line.
• Monitor the baking process to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and decorate a variety of confections
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards in food preparation.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing new recipes.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Drug screen and Background check is required for this role.

Salary: $16

Shifts: Monday through Friday at 5:30a
