Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report to site contacts/local authorities as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access and document incidents and observations;
Support access control and crowd management during peak hours, events, and deliveries while maintaining a professional presence
