This is a role for a skilled professional who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in work that makes a real difference. A Lead Home Service Technician should be reliable and able to provide general home services to our customers in our community. 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, own a neat, clean and appropriate vehicle free of dents and rust, able to transport materials and supplies, and own a set of tools.

What You’ll Do- Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro® technicians
- Uphold Tru Blue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
- Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project
- Bathroom and kitchen upgrades, renovations and repairs
- Drywall repair and patching
- Flooring installation and repair
- General carpentry / rotten wood repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- 10+ years of hands‑on home repair or construction experience
- Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients; when a project is completed, you make sure it looks better than when you got there.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle (truck, van or SUV suitable for our line of work), and full toolset
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
