We are a rapidly growing home improvement company operating a high‑performing residential bath/shower remodeling experience. We work with multiple departments, customers and installers to coordinate and manage installation of residential bathroom remodeling projects.

• Oversee and inspect installers’ work in the field; daily job check‑ins to ensure installers are following the expected process for installations.
• Assist installers with any issues they encounter at job sites.
• Responsible for installers collecting final payment and completing appropriate paper and/or electronic forms after each project.
• Effectively communicate with the Acrylic Installation and Production Team based on needs in the field.
• Attend required weekly meetings to report on weekly goals, personnel, and areas for improvement.

• Minimum of 5 years of in‑home renovation or other relevant construction experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing others.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing work as it relates to residential bathroom remodels.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
