Warehouse Associate

Supervisor - Warehouse at Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands company located in Appling Rd, Bartlett TN. The position is onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, 40‑hour work week with potential overtime.

This leadership role creates a safe environment, coaxes inventory accuracy, and drives on‑time delivery of garments. The supervisor manages a team of about 10 employees, collaborating across the organization to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding service for coaches and student athletes.

• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Lean/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and/or 2‑5 years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
• 1‑2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Operational, warehouse, logistics or comparable experience preferred.

Repetitive body movements, required to stand for long periods of time, lift no less than 15‑50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
