Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Overtime Opportunities

Schedule:

Flexible shifts | Must be available for off-hours, weekends, and on-call duties as needed

• Lead and direct hourly maintenance craft personnel on daily assignments and project work
• Prioritize and manage evolving work schedules and tasks in a fast‑paced, 24/7 facility
• Ensure timely and safe completion of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Vendors, and Union personnel to resolve issues and meet plant performance goals
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping, scrap control, and process efficiency

• Experience: 2‑5 years in industrial mechanical maintenance with leadership/supervisory background
• Proven supervisory experience in a unionized environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, procedures, and safety rules
• Must pass physical, drug screening, and background check
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training/certifications a plus
• Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of heavy industrial mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software systems
• Mindset:

  • Capable of multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency
