Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX | Full‑Time | Onsite | $22‑$28 per hour
We specialize in high‑end remodeling, home additions, and custom home projects throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. We are known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
What You’ll Do- Assist with residential remodeling, renovation, and construction projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities
- Assist carpenters, project managers, and skilled tradespeople as needed
- Perform demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
- Previous residential construction, remodeling, or general labor experience
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Experience working on renovation or custom home projects
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Arrives on time and ready to work each day
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect on client job sites
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Completes assigned tasks with attention to detail
- Contributes positively to team productivity and project success
