• Assist with residential remodeling, renovation, and construction projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities
• Assist carpenters, project managers, and skilled tradespeople as needed
• Perform demolition, site preparation, and material handling
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential construction, remodeling, or general labor experience
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Experience working on renovation or custom home projects
• OSHA certification is a plus

• Arrives on time and ready to work each day
• Demonstrates professionalism and respect on client job sites
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Completes assigned tasks with attention to detail
