Front Desk, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. • Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as needed

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
