- Answer multi‑line incoming telephone calls systematically and professionally
- Provide accurate and professional service
- Perform data entry
- Assist customers with payment plans
- Analyze and research information
- Bilingual skills, English and Spanish
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to research resource materials
- Ability to accurately type 30 WPM
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and to remain calm in an anxious, intense environment
