Bay Care Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonologist with a strong focus in Critical Care Medicine to provide dedicated ICU coverage at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, Florida. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys an inpatient-focused practice, meaningful collaboration with hospital-based teams, and the opportunity to support high-acuity patient care in a growing community hospital setting.

The physician in this role will provide comprehensive critical care services within the ICU for hospitalized patients. The practice environment emphasizes teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.

Position Highlights include:

  • Primary responsibility is ICU coverage at Bartow Regional Medical Center

  • Participation in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinated care planning

  • Supportive, physician-led organizational culture with engaged hospital leadership

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine

  • Completion of an accredited Pulmonary & Critical Care fellowship

  • Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license

  • Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative practice
