The Mosaic Company’s Bartow Manufacturing Facility invites applications for an Operations & Automation Engineering Co-op/Intern for Spring 2027. The role is in-person at Bartow, FL, with a 9/80 schedule and full-time hours during the term, Jan 11 to Apr 23, 2027.
You will work with engineers and operators to troubleshoot and optimize plant systems, gain hands-on exposure to PLC, DCS, and HMI/SCADA tools, and contribute to process-control improvements.
