You will mentor staff, lead safety and ergonomic improvements, conduct value stream mapping, 5S, setup reduction, and TPM initiatives, and coordinate CI training across plants.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, strong Lean knowledge, and ability to travel to sites.
