OTR or Occupational Therapist needed to provide assessment and therapy services in an assisted living community in Bartow, FL 33830. Make your own schedule. Compensation: $110 per evaluation and $14 per unit.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an assisted living community
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited institution with a Doctoral, Masters or Bachelors in Occupational Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged
- Actively licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist
Job Type: PRN
Hospice visit rates: $120 per evaluation and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units).
