Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Position Summary: Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Spanish‑speaking CNA or HHA to provide care for a 24/7 home care case in Bartow, FL. This position offers consistent hours with flexible scheduling across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands‑on patient care in a home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support patient safety and comfort at all times
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition
- Follow the established care plan and complete required documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Schedule:
- 24/7 case coverage
- Multiple shifts available (days, nights, weekends)
- Active CNA license or HHA certification in the state of Florida
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts for a 24/7 case
- Reliable transportation
