The Practice Manager actively manages the daily operations of the clinic. This role involves collaborating with leadership to coach and engage staff. The position focuses on enhancing the quality of patient care and service. It also aims to improve employee and provider satisfaction and productivity. The manager develops and oversees the clinic budget in collaboration with senior leaders. This ensures that operational objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Success is achieved through researching, proposing, and implementing best practices. Active problem-solving is a key responsibility of this position.
