NetSuite Administrator and IT Systems Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Net Suite Administrator & IT Systems Manager to lead the administration of our Net Suite ERP system and manage day-to-day IT operations. This role will serve as the company's internal Net Suite expert while providing technology support across Operations, Warehouse, Shipping, Finance, and Quality.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Oracle Net Suite and a passion for solving problems, improving workflows, and supporting business-critical systems.

Experience with
Net Suite WMS, Ship Central, inventory management, warehouse operations, barcode scanning, and shipping processes is highly preferred.

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Net Suite.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Net Suite issues across departments.
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Support order management, inventory, fulfillment, purchasing, and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows.
• Coordinate with Net Suite support and external consultants when needed.

• Support Net Suite WMS and Ship Central.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment, shipping, carrier integration, and label printing issues.
• Support barcode scanners, mobile devices, and warehouse technology.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to improve processes and resolve system issues.
• Develop and deliver user training on Net Suite warehouse and shipping functions.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, devices, and user access.
• Support computers, printers, scanners, networks, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate IT vendors, cybersecurity initiatives, backups, and hardware management.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and system records.

• 3+ years of Net Suite administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite roles, permissions, saved searches, and reporting.
• Experience supporting inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time.
