Facility Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production‑driven, safety‑conscious team in Bartow, FL
. This position oversees Shipping and Receiving operations, focusing on process improvement, operational efficiency, and resolving off‑spec issues. The role is primarily outdoors and requires strong people‑management and problem‑solving skills, including addressing inventory discrepancies and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Shift: 1st 7am‑5pm
Pay: $60K‑$80K DOE

• High School or equivalent.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in Shipping and Receiving.
• Experience managing larger teams preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to streamline and improve processes.
• Must work well under pressure and pivot as needed.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven problem solver.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to review applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) annually and score satisfactorily on quizzes.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based applications.
• Knowledge of scanning applications, EOM scanning SOPs, VPI / Pick sheets.
• Proficiency in multiple site‑specific plant operations – not a desk job on the floor with the guys.
