Dental Office Manager

Job Overview

Dental Office Manager (often referred to as Operations Manager at Aspen Dental) – Full‑time. Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Hire, develop, manage, and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment and collection, ensuring high quality of care.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align the sales plan to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to level set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Minimum of one year of experience managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• A people‑centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data.
