Overview
The Production Worker is responsible for assembling and checking filters, ensuring that all manufacturing and packaging runs smoothly, and assisting other areas in production as assigned. This position is entry-level and may require constant supervision.
Responsibilities- Work on a filter assembly line with supervision: put together, inspect, and pack filter products, adhering to safety guidelines and standards.
- Monitor equipment to ensure that filters are being assembled properly; report any malfunctions to line lead.
- Make sure that the correct raw materials are being used for the filters scheduled to be produced.
- Inspect assembled filters to ensure they are up to quality standards (SOPs).
- Pack filters in boxes with appropriate insert sheets.
- Load boxes onto pallets as per product SOPs.
- Attain daily production goals and ensure production deadlines are met.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping at all times.
- Manufacturing area: concrete floor, assembly production line.
- Temperature fluctuations between hot and cold; may be humid in warm weather.
- Moderate noise level.
- Possible allergies to materials or chemicals used in production.
- Work with machine chemicals, glue and fiberglass material.
- Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead, stand on feet with minimal walking.
- Repetitive motion: arms, wrists, hands.

Salary: 15.81 per hour + 0.75 Shift Differential
