Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outstanding and compassionate Medical/Surgical team at Bartow Regional Medical Center.

The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently provides care for a designated group of patients, consistently utilizing the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient‑centered care while promoting optimal outcomes.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Minimum of 6 months of acute care experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Shift 1 (Days): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• On‑site position at Bartow Regional Medical Center
• No remote work
• No on‑call requirements
