Sales Development Representative

Pay: $20.00/hour

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5:00pm

Duration:
Temporary to Possible Hire

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and prospecting to generate leads
• Identify and engage dealers, showrooms, and retail partners
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales documentation
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline updates
• Support product launches and outbound campaigns

• 1-3 years of SDR, inside sales, business development, or outbound calling experience
• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, home improvement, or building materials preferred
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
• 2020 Design software experience is a plus
