Intertek Food Services GmbH sucht am Standort Reinach/BL zwei Sales & Business Assistants (m/w/d/x) für unser Front Office. Teilzeit möglich 50–100 %.
Allgemeine kaufmännische Aufgaben, Auftragsbearbeitung, Materialbeschaffung, Rechnungsstellung und Stammdatenpflege mittels SAGE. Sie betreuen Besucher, Lieferanten und Post, koordinieren Anfragen von Kunden und Lieferanten, arbeiten eng mit Sales, HR, Labor und Finanzen zusammen und unterstützen Ausbildungsmaßnahmen.
