Technical Library Adminstration

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving processes through technology? We're looking for a Technical Library Administrator to join a leading global organisation in Basel.

As part of the Technical Library Administration team, you'll play a key role in ensuring technical documentation and compliance records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.

• Manage and maintain technical library data and documentation
• Upload and update information from OEMs and customers
• Review documentation and ensure subscriptions remain active
• Manage online administration systems and databases
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve administrative processes
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) administration and training records
• Maintain chemical product SDS databases and EHS publications
• Assist with investigations and hazard reporting documentation

• High school qualification or Bachelor's degree in Administration, IT, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills with fluent English
• Confidence working with databases and administrative systems
• An interest in automation, AI tools, or process improvement
• Knowledge of scripting, programming, or automation tools would be an advantage, but is not essential

• CHF 33.40 per hour
