Senior Procurement Specialist – Carve‑outs & Divestments; Indirect Procurement

One of our main clients who are a global life sciences organisation are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support major Carve‑out & Divestment activities across indirect procurement categories such as Technology, Logistics, Professional Services, and MRO.

This role is suited to a procurement professional with deep experience in complex business separations and strong commercial acumen.

• Support procurement work streams during carve‑outs, including due diligence, transition planning, and execution.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance and compliance.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Assess and mitigate procurement‑related risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across IT, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Develop procurement KPIs, reports, and insights.
• Contribute to procurement policy and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of indirect procurement experience, including 3–5 years in carve‑outs/divestments.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in life sciences, CDMO, pharma, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with procurement tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
