We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Planner EMEA to join our Supply Chain team in Basel
. In this role, you will support the Global Planning Manager eCommerce, with a focus on the EMEA region, ensuring that eCommerce demand and inventory needs are protected across owned brand sites and product categories. You will identify business risks and opportunities to maximize sales performance across Europe and contribute to the commercial success of our eCommerce business.

This is a hybrid position based in our Basel office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Global Planning Manager, eCommerce.

What You Will Do In This Role Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Forecast demand and plan sales for current and new products at SKU, category, and brand levels.
  • Support planning activities across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and targets.
Financial & Inventory Planning
  • Build and manage category- and regional-level eCommerce financial plans aligned with sales, margin, and inventory goals.
  • Strategically manage SKU-level inventory to optimize stock flow and availability.
  • Proactively identify and communicate inventory risks and opportunities.
Performance & KPI Management
  • Disaggregate plans into weekly eCommerce KPIs.
  • Monitor performance trends and provide clear insights to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to support assortment, promotion, and inventory decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate eCommerce business performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with brand, marketing, merchandising, retail, and supply chain teams.
  • Support execution of product launches, promotions, assortments, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure smooth eCommerce operations, including pricing and assortment updates and inventory contract support.
Process & Project Support
  • Contribute to projects that enhance existing planning processes.
  • Support future strategic initiatives within the eCommerce and Supply Chain organization.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, buying, or allocation, ideally within DTC or eCommerce.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicator with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience working in intercultural business environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
