Reporting to:
President, Biosimilars Development, Manufacturing & Supply.

• Shape and execute end‑to‑end biosimilars strategic action plans across development, manufacturing and supply.
• Act as Chief of Staff: support leadership governance, decision‑making and Executive Committee materials.
• Lead capacity and network strategy (DS/DP, internal/external footprint, make vs buy) and provide strategic insights on capacity, risks, trade‑offs (cost, quality, speed).
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across the Biosimilar value chain.
• Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Build and lead a small, high‑performing strategy and capacity planning team.

• Strong understanding of bio development and manufacturing.
• Experience across development, manufacturing, and supply in pharma.
• Experience of internal/external development, manufacturing environment.
• Consulting or strategy background combined with industry experience.
• Strong influencing skills in matrix organizations.
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong communication skills.
• Clear end‑to‑end biosimilars strategy and aligned execution.
• Robust capacity and network planning experience within a buildup phase.
• Effective leadership governance and fast decision‑making.
