Main activities and responsibilities Your RoleIn this position, you take commercial ownership of our lipid and advanced excipient portfolio, acting as the key link between customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders across our global network. You combine strategic market insight with hands‑on commercial execution, ensuring competitive positioning, strong customer relationships, and seamless lifecycle management—from early development to commercial supply. By translating customer needs and market dynamics into actionable strategies, you play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of our lipid business.
Strategic- Drive pricing strategies and market positioning to ensure competitiveness
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and price developments
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to support commercial decisions
- Contribute to portfolio development and prioritization
- Identify future demand, pipeline developments, and scale‑up opportunities
- Act as main commercial contact for customer inquiries and product‑related topics
- Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and commercial offers
- Oversee products across their full lifecycle (inquiry to supply execution)
- Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
- Manage customer pipelines and ensure continuous follow‑up and engagement
- Support customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events
- Manage and document all customer inquiries within Salesforce (SF) (e.g. Pardot leads, direct requests, existing accounts), including proposal tracking and regular follow‑up with clients
- Maintain and continuously update product listings on external e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Sci Finder, Chem Buyers), ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information on Corden Pharma lipid offerings
- Coordinate logistics across multiple global sites (Liestal, Chenôve, Boulder, Caponago), including management of R&D‑grade stock levels
- Background in pharma, CDMO, or chemical industry
- Experience in commercial/product management, pricing, or business development
- Strong understanding of GMP vs. R&D materials and development processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
