For our Basel office, we are looking for a Senior Consultant who is ready to take ownership of key clients, drive business growth, and evolve into a leadership role — either already bringing first team lead experience or with strong ambition to get there.

- Own and grow a strong regional client base
- Actively engage with clients and expand business opportunities
- Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Build long‑term, high‑value client relationships
- Be highly present in the market (calls, meetings, delivery)
- Act as a role model and mentor for junior consultants
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
- Take increasing ownership of team performance and collaboration
- Focus on expanding the contracting business (core focus)

- Manage recruitment processes with high quality and efficiency
- Contribute to performance tracking and business success
- Support client pitches, proposals, and strategic discussions
- Strong background in tech recruitment (contracting essential)
- Proven success in business development and client management
- First experience in mentoring, coaching, or informal leadership OR strong ambition to step into leadership
- Ability to thrive in an international, fast‑paced environment
- Fluent English (German is a plus, not required)
- Experience in the Basel pharma/chemical market
- Exposure to cross‑border recruitment (CH/DE/FR)
- Background in high‑performance, target‑driven environments
- Clear career path into leadership (Team Lead / Manager)
