Indirect Sourcing Manager – Fixed Term 12 Months

Key Responsibilities- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking, including identifying savings and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and conduct negotiations according to best practices.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers on agreement setup, pricing, rate cards, scope of work and contract terms.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across functions and geographies to define business needs and support sourcing strategies, supplier selection and agreement setup.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation along the Procurement lifecycle in terms of Source‑to‑Pay processes, policies and procedures, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Finance and Legal.
- Ensure compliance with P2P processes, including Purchase Order creation and follow‑up.
- Prepare monthly reports and monitor KPIs.
- Develop agreements and log them in the contract management system.
- Contribute to learning and development within the team and the wider organization, including coaching and onboarding of new team members.
The Spend‑Coach team processes around 5‑10 purchase requests per day. The amount and type of work required for each request varies and ranges from simple administrative approvals to full‑scale tenders lasting several weeks or months.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing or finance, or comparable functions such as contingent workforce management.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills – capacity to structure and analyze data and information efficiently.
- Experience in negotiation.
- Knowledge of commercial and legal agreements.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, preferably cross‑border.
- Communication skills – ability to communicate to all levels in the organization.
- Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Service Now or equivalent.
- Fully fluent in written and oral English.
- Experience working with Professional Services, including consultant procurement, staffing, or outsourced services, is highly valued.
