This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
As a Scope Change Coordinator (Drug Product Services), you will work in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment, partnering with technical teams, program management, commercial development, finance, legal, and supply chain functions. In this role, you will coordinate project scope changes, support commercial and operational processes, and help ensure successful project execution while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do:- Coordinate amendments and scope changes for ongoing projects in accordance with established processes and governance requirements.
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders across multiple functions to support project delivery and customer expectations.
- Monitor project performance, including profitability, cost control, pricing, purchase order management, and production forecast updates.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program execution and project performance.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of processes, contract templates, resource planning tools, and stakeholder information flows.
- Contribute to effective communication and collaboration between customers, project teams, and business functions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a project coordination, commercial, operational, or business support environment with life sciences background.
- Commercial and financial awareness, with an understanding of project costs, risks, and business impact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Lists, and Power Automate is an advantage.
- English fluent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple activities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support simplification initiatives.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach, with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
